As you may know, my son plays baseball. A lot of baseball. In fact, he’s currently playing on three different teams, which makes for quite a few baseball games. He’s on a competitive travel team and, as a “swing” player for his high-school teams, he plays on both varsity and junior varsity when they need a pitcher. (Proud dad note: He’s the only freshman who plays with varsity).
Paternal pride aside, it occurred to me why he’s so good at the game – and it’s a lesson we could all use in business, as well. Let me explain by taking you back to the days of little league, when the dads coached and these kids were just starting out. (Click title above to read more)
